Yaman Group offers you 3 - 4 nights of V.I.P accommodation at our exclusive Adakule Hotel in Kusadasi. We believe that the inspection visit is the most effective way of viewing a wide selection of freehold properties. Inspecting the properties personally is essential to purchase the right property at the right price.
What’s included?
Inspection Visit is subsidised fully refundable and For just 149 € (99 GBP) per person, you will get 3 – 4 days which involves a most comprehensive and cost-effective way of viewing Yaman Group’s properties and being taken on a free introduction tour of to the facilities and amenities of Kusadasi as well as our local beautiful beaches and surrounding countryside. During your visit, we will also go through all related paper works, contracts and legal issues and discuss a full detailed, step-by-step process of your property purchase with financial professionals.
-During your inspection trip, you will be shown the different locations in which our properties are located. We will also show you around our wide range of properties that are to your liking and are within your price range.
-Our professional and friendly staff have an excellent knowledge of all our Client's needs; opening a Turkish bank account, legal formalities, flight offers, mortgages, buying furniture, letting potential, in fact everything for 'your new home in Turkey'.
We believe that Yaman Group is all about providing the best new developments in terms of building quality, location and price. 'Hard sales' are absolutely not and never will be part of Yaman Group's business concept, therefore we hope you will take us up on this inspection visit offer.
Itinerary:
First Day
Yaman Group will take care of you from the moment you arrive to Izmir Airport. Your Yaman Group representative will transfer you from Izmir Airport and will lead you to your hotel to check in. Yaman-Group’s personnel staff will welcome you to the Adakule Hotel and make you feel at home for the rest of your inspection visit.
Second Day
There’s a welcome meeting at our Office headquarters, after your property specialist will take you for a day inspecting your properties and Kusadasi. At the end of the day you’ll be returned to the hotel to prepare for dinner.
Third Day
After breakfast you’ll be taken for another look at your favourite properties and locations. Then you’ll be taken through the contract, costs, finance and legalities. In the afternoon, if you’ve found a property you can’t resist, contract will be prepared for you to sign.
Fourth Day
Now all the hard work is out of the way, you can either take another look at your new property, or start looking for furniture with our after sales team, or you can have a relaxing day with a boat trip.
If you decide to purchase a Yaman Group Property, the inspection visit fee will be fully refunded to you.

The 5***** Adakule Hotel is a subsidiary property and is under the management of Yaman Group Co.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read the following terms and conditions as listed, prior to confirming your booking of your Inspection Viewing Trip.
By placing the booking you agree with the following:
- Property Viewing-Inspection Trips- both flight and accommodation is based upon a maximum of 2 adults per 3-4 Day trip.
- Additional passengers / children can be accommodated but full fares will apply for and for their hotel accommodation.
- The cost of the 3-4 day Inspection Visit Trip (Inc. return flights accommodation / transfers in Turkey) is currently from only 149 Euro- 99 GBP per person.
- The cost an Inspection Visit when booked is non refundable.
- Tickets of the Inspection Visit are fixed and cannot transferred to another passenger or the dates altered. In case of cancellation client is responsible for the full cost of accommodation.
- All property Inspections are arranged and organized by YAMAN GROUP.
