Please read the following terms and conditions as listed , prior to confirming your booking of your Inspection Viewing Trip. By placing the booking you agree with the following:

Property Viewing-Inspection Trips- both flight and accommodation are based upon a maximum of 2 adults per 3-4 Day trip. Additional passengers can be considered / accommodated but full fares will apply for their flights, hotel accommodation and transfers. The cost of the an 3-4 day Inspection Visit Trip ( Inc. return flights accommodation / transfers in Turkey) is currently from only 149 Euro- 99 Gbp.- The Inspection Visit rates apply to UK Airport departures only. Departures from other airport destinations in/via Europe can be arranged ( a surcharge may apply) The cost an Inspection Trip Visit when booked is non refundable. Tickets of the Inspection Trip Visit are fixed and can not transferred to another passenger or the dates altered. In case of cancellation client is responsible for the full cost of flight and accommodation. Air Tickets unless being an e-ticket, will be available for collection at the airport of choice Ticket Desk. . Tüm emlak gezileri YAMAN GROUP tarafından organize edilmektedir. The possible changes caused by the airline company will be reported to the clients and re- arrangements will be made at no extra cost
