Yaman-Group, our family company, started in 1970’s in Izmir (West Aegean coast, Turkey) building apartments . After some years and success, the company has started to invest in lands due to potential growth and demand on the Aegean coast line. Yaman Construction Co. planned one of these lands as a tourism management in 1988, and Adakule Hotel in Kusadasi was built and started to be managed in 1990 in Kusadası..
We are pleased to address the following projects:
· Engineering & Construction of the 25 luxury detached Alize'e Villas .
Engineering & Construction of Kasım Yaman Apartment Block in İzmir ( All sold).
· Presently in the process of constructing 23 new homes The Rifat Yaman Apartments in Izmir district.
· Ruya Villas are now finished 100 properties.
· 10 Sunset villas in Ayvalik district.
· 81 Kuyu Thermal Residances in process to built on land with natural thermal spring water.
Company has started to achieve contract jobs in 2007 and increased the number of Engineers and Technicians working on the field.
