TECHNICAL INFO OF ALIZE’E VILLAS
Alize’e Villas are luxury detached villas, 25km’s away from Kusadasi, in the
little “holiday town” called Davutlar. Davutlar is a huge bay starting from the
end of Kusadasi until the end of National Park called Kalamaki.
Alize’e Villa’s project is 25-villa, composed of 13 units of 130m2-type villas
(Type A) and 12 units of 150m2-type (Type B) villas. Each type has similar
architecture but they differ at their room numbers and total area. The
complex has 2 pools and a guardian house. 7000 sqm of the site has been
planned for grass and plants.
Alize’e Villas are 650 meters away from the most natural and purest beach
in Kusadasi, called ‘Sevgi’ Beach. It is 10 minutes of walking distance and
3 minutes of driving. Also, developments are 2 km’s away from the public
shopping center where you can find anything from clothing to groceries,
and medicines to hair-dressers.
Common technical features of Alize’e Villas:
Terrace, living room, kitchen, pantry (in the B type), rooms, bathroom, small
bathroom and general areas are all furnished with ceramic tiles.
Damp-proof insulation in every section of foundation, in the walls and at the
roof of the developments. The foundation and the roof insulation are made
of damp-proof material made of tar, and the wall insulation is made of bluesponge
rubber (also for heating insulation).
The developments are cement blocks. The roof has been constructed with
steel and been covered with plywood and insulated with tar before
furnished with tiles.
The outside and inside of the house completely coated with cement &
water-proof-insulation-chemical plaster for 3 times. Inside of the house
plastered again with the same mixture. After cement coating, inside of the
villas were plastered with gypsum and painted for 3 times at the end.
Every room and living room has installation for any type of air-condition
machine (both for indoor and outdoor units)
Living room, kitchen, doorway, all bedrooms and bathrooms has the proper
installation for possible heating radiators.
Luxury kitchen architecture designed with soft wood-work, “Amapha” type
granite bench and “Blum” rails and hinges are used for cabinets and
drawers. Every villa includes a chromium-plated oven, embedded cooker
into granite bench and hood fume made of same material of oven & cooker.
Pantry (only in type B) has the installment for water heater (works with
electricity) and laundry machine.
3 bedrooms’ floor has furnished with laminated parquet.
Bathrooms include 180cm X 180 cm shower with 6-jet Jacuzzi system and
assembled vertical massage jets. Bench of the bathroom furniture is granite
and every bathroom includes built-in reservoir and closet. Type A villas
have laundry machine space in their bathrooms.
First class stainless steel sanitary armaments and fittings used for kitchens
and bathrooms.
Pine wood coverings have been used for outside parts of balcony and
terrace. And also pine wood skeleton has built between the walls for
possible arbor spot or pergola.
Fireplace with 90 cm boiler inside and 3.5 meters chromium hood-fume.
The sides of the fireplace have been furnished with granite.
Double-glazed windows are used in every window of the villa. The
structures of the windows are PVC (thermo-pan), perfectly designed for
heat insulation. These PVC windows are 65 mm wide, consists if 3.5 mm
stainless steel skeleton inside and have 2 gasket for better insulation.
A small bridge has been built for boiler for the heating installments, to get
its fuel-oil outside of the house (the tank for fuel-oil stands backyard of the
house).
Wooden lid has been designed for attic passage.
The main entrance doors are entirely steel and contain a static part with
forested glass and wrought iron fro protection.
